FNX is to Argentum what XNU is to macOS and tvOS and iOS -- the kernel itself. Argentum is the actual product identity: the design language, the application suite, the original code, the gestalt idea of the system, that's Argentum.

There was a bug in the implementation that left the corners of rounded rects overlapped by the corners of the fill, but it's fixed now.
This gets drawn without Cairo or any of that, just straight Pixman. Which means it's fast.

XBFS is now AGFS : The Argentum Filesystem. Openly derived from BeFS, but not compatible with it, having received enhancements that break compatibility severely.

All of the assembly has been replaced. About 60% of the Fiwix C code is still alive in FNX. The stuff that had to leave was mostly very i386-specific assumptions that got replaced with AMD64 equivalents, and the additions speak for themselves.

We crossed out the "Be" and kept everything good about it. Say hello to XBFS — the ex-Be filesystem: B+tree directories, attribute indices, live directories, journal-safe, modern SSD features. New OS, new disk format, no baggage.
