It was so relieving when I finally decided to check out r/Christianity and most of the posts that I scrolled through were against MAGA. It made me feel a bit hopeful.

I agree to some extent. I don't think I would go back, but I do think it would make me more accepting of devoted religious people in the government. So far, most of them just use religion as bait and blackmail.

He's a breath of fresh air in that sense. Christians really need people like him in power. Someone who actually follows Jesus but keeps his religion to himself. Not someone who forces their religion on others and spreads hate in the name of Christianity.

That's not entirely true, they backstab each other and throw each other under the bus all the time. Many of the first administration spoke negatively of Trump afterwards, and vice versa. Trump even bullies the same top officials that HE picked 😭 I agree with your sentiment, though. They're selfish.

Watching her conference was like the personification of this gif. You could see her reviewing her talking points over and over in her head while the journalists were speaking. She wasn't listening; she was calculating her words.

I obviously didn't know him before his execution, but I'm so grateful for his contributions, both as a nurse and as a member of society. I hope he inspires others to carry the same light, building a life around empathy and courage.

I have no doubt he has no problem running over or shooting sitting civilians engaging in a peaceful protest and then blame the victims as being terrorists. And his cult followers will cheer because they don't have any other news source, not realising that they could be next.
