I hear you - that's all we can do! I did my last big race 4 years ago. I continued to run but less seriously, and have been injury prone as I tried to up my mileage again. I'm doing a lot more strength training now, and I'm hoping I can find the right mix (for my age, now four years older)! 🤞

Awesome! That's exactly how I got started in running. It's a great goal - and, I should say, a very slippery slope... Lol. You may be surprised what kind of distance you can do once you start chasing your limit.

That type of progress is possible and something to be proud of at any distance!
