My body decided at some point that milk was my enemy and since I cut it out of my diet, my stomach has never been more flat

Happy 10 months since I found the source of my total misery; I've gone from literally completely alone with a single toxic friend to having a healthy group of close friends and many other friends and from being a stone of a person to being a really cool and likeable person.
Me laying myself flat on the ground realizing that my worst nightmare is coming up and having to do therapy again because it was BPD all along and I did not want it to be that of all things

Actually fuck this person, they were a terrible person and friend (and probable narcissist), and I have made so many actually good and close friends since this that I haven't felt that void sensation since I met them all. AND these friends know I have BPD and want to help me when I need them.

Normally I am awful with time and have trouble with it as a concept but also literally every 5 weeks I get the strong and intense need to get a hair with no reminder.
Idk why but also it's a great way for me to look back on how much I've done since my last hair cut
