DST in US before 1970 was crazy political chaos.

If I receive DST issue report, I check it with Astrodienst. They spent last decades by collecting historical DST records and I usually believe them more than anything else - and correct DST according them.

OpenAI/ChatGPT started overloading the server massively - like every hour for several minutes

I'm dealing with it ... but it might take me several days to re-write entire code of Astro-Seek (and other websites on the server) ... to be able to migrate to updated/more protected server 😬
