3/4. The sixth one is whether their checkable claims actually hold up - and that part is only about a fifth of the score. the other 80% is about how someone makes a claim, not whether the claim hit. that's the part most "track records" miss.

2/4. The score looks at six things: how specific someone is when they make a claim, how often their confidence matches reality, whether they're consistent or flip-flop, what they disclose about conflicts of interest, and whether they own up when they're wrong.
