The Frederic S. Lee Heterodox Economics Scholarship was established by Frederic and Ruth Lee in 2014 to help students to continue their study in heterodox economics.

New research in the AER (2026) reveals a counterintuitive twist on "Equal Pay for Similar Work" (EPSW) policies. While designed to close gender gaps, these laws can actually lead firms to segregate their workforce by hiring only one gender.
