Woke up super early, brain was running a million miles an hour, decided to go to the gym and in the quiet darkness of building I repped out until the noise started to quiet in my mind. Feel focused, feel like I can put personal/relationship/world drama away and actually work on something creative.

The penultimate session of my Eberron campaign involved chaos in the skies as the United Khorvairian Fleet of a thousand ships suddenly broke as it was revealed that Lady Illmarrow and the Lord of Blades had infiltrated the Royals in order to resurrect Khyber and bring a new world order.

Something definitely breaks in a person when they have been unemployed for 3 years, and have sent out countless resumes and inquiries with zero response. Makes you feel invisible to the point where you look at job listings get depressed.

I hit 455 on my deadlift tonight. Felt great, but doing it as my last set has really fried the old skull noodle. Food and an ice bath are needed asap. 🍛🧊🛀
