Meanwhile, in my universe, Wednesday is New Comic Book day so I am happily reading today's new releases. As I get older, I am gravitating more towards DC stuff and not as interested in Marvel's stuff. The writing of the DC comics just seems weirder and more mature these days, just like me. :)

Do not waste time with a partner who doesn't have your back. Life is too hard without having each other's backs. If it isn't you and them against the world, your unit is never going to succeed in this world. BOTH of you have to feel this in your bones. If not, cut that anchor loose and move on.

I need a new stove because my old one gave up the ghost after nearly 2 decades of faithful service. However, because I don't want to give evil rich people any of my money, I am going to do my best to buy a used one from a local used appliance store or private seller. -> You fight them with your $$$.

I'm officially an old guy now, and I've seen a lot of shit. Let me tell you kids, I have never seen our country in this much trouble, our leaders this cruel and corrupt, or the economy this lousy. Not in almost 6 decades. But this is what happens when incompetent men win elections. JFC.

My electric bill this month is $1028.24
It has increased by 30% since last year. I do not know how I am going to pay this bill. I can't magically increase my paycheck like they are increasing their prices.

Resistance does not have to be dangerous. Just be inept. Lose their paperwork. Delete their files. Spill coffee on their papers. Delay, frustrate and fart in their cars. Give them bad directions. Give them wrong answers. If they illegally seize power, we make their lives a living hell.

Corporations and the Epstein Class are trying to turn this country into a oligarchy. So how do we fight them? The cure is in the sickness. In an oligarchy, money is power. So we take away their power. We do this by canceling subscriptions, cutting spending and buying used from local sellers.

Democrats are not the good guys. They are the good cops. They and Republicans have been playing "good cop / bad cop" with the American people for far too long. It is time to start targeting incumbents on both sides when we the People are not happy with how things are going.

Democrats are not the "good guys" they are Good Cops, as in the old Good Cop / Bad Cop routine. In a way, they are even worse than republicans, because they pretend to be on our side while stabbing us in the backs. They talk a good game, but there are ALWAYS a few dems willing to cross the line.

Let it be resolved I will no longer use my social media to promote or talk about politics. As much as possible. I shall no longer work for any politician or political group without pay. Politicians are supposed to be public servants. Our employees. NOT celebrities. And certainly not our rulers.

Deleted Facebook's bookmarks from all my devices and mac. I haven't deleted my account -- yet -- due to marketplace, but the place has descended to an even deeper ring of ai hell. I'd say 70% of what you see on there these days is just ai slop. And I really don't want that crap in my brain.
