#DNF Hopeless Necromantic by Shiloh Briar. Its not you, its me. This promised to be a fun one, but I could never get into it. Add to it a lot of creative names that are hard to pronounce and alass, i abandoned it. But give it a try, you might have better luck. #booksky #urbanfantasy

DNF: The Exes by Leodara Darlington. Intriguing, good writing. Just wasnt for me. Couldnt get into it enough to finish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First 5 star read of the new year and a Birthday pick. Love a good mystery/thriller. She was such a competent detective and i was invested in the missing girls. Plus, this filled me with the bug to write. While my paranormal romance is on pause ... my christian sci-fi romance (aliens) is not.

The Blurb drew me in. It was a fun, entertaining read. Beginnings of a love triangle, competition tournament. I liked it. Didnt love it. I probably wont continue wit the series.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cute and fun read. Clean romance, not Christian. Wattpad style writing(just means simple). Loved the FMC, she was adorable. Ends on a secret cliffhanger thats not really a cliffhanger lol. Would read more and kinda excited about out if we get more Cassian and Olivia in book 2.

Loved the cover, nostalgia for the win. Book is nothing like the movies, I Know What You Did Last Summer or the Ring. Just a regular mystery, thats pretty good, and the ending has a nice pay off. Youll rated higher knowing what to expect. #booksky #blackbooksky

Couldnt wait to dive into first sci-fi novel in months. Space opera, multi-pov, and not as in love as I wanted. Loved Sanda, Biran, and skipped everybody else. Ending left me thinking, for the love of God give humanity, some humanity. Intrigued by plot, had a fun time.

Favorite books from the genre as a child?

I didn't get into Urban Fantasy or Sci-Fi, until I was an adult. My childhood was spent in other genres that still have my heart.

Do you like Mc's, side characters, or villains?

Mc's, in the words of the temptations, who even are the rest lol. Although books written from villains are usually, so good. In my stories, MC's carry the day, week, and story.

Is there a war?

Yes. The slayer has been a wrecking ball to the vampire community, and once she takes out the Beija. Most just hide. Will the entire species go extinct? Or does the last ancient alive, have a plan? #ChristianRomance #urbanfantasy #lastvision #📚🪐
