I’ve been so much calmer and better MH wise since the rain hit - my husband pointed out that we’re Welsh and I have SAD. I NEED the rain to stay mentally balanced and this made me laugh so much.

Spent the week poorly with a cold. Woke up feeling a bit better today (day 5!) so thought I’d try a strength workout with lighter dumbbells and a bit less effort so I don’t push too much.
