It also makes sense that it’s mostly men as opposed to women, just like romance fairy fantasy smut is statistically more read by women than men. Statistically, most people are straight 😂 (can’t relate, perks of bisexuality) and like cool characters and hot [insert gender attracted to]

Obviously there are extreme examples, but it kinda makes sense to me that someone older and maybe experiencing a fear of death would want to read about being young again, getting a second chance at life. Fantasy and escapism is a great way to cope with the hard things in life.
