For over a year I have been doing my workout solo.
Today: Push-up and sit-up simultaneously from 20reps countdown, the last set instead of 1rep I go 20reps. Then rounded it up with 100squats.

This is what we call a concealed roof. Simply put, you're hiding the normal roofing sheets behind raised parapet walls. Because of that, you don't need those high, steep slopes like the traditional roofs. So you end up spending less on timber and roofing sheets.

Most of the depressed people I have encountered are those who don't want to embrace their flaws. They are living a character to impress people for validation. I really feel pity for them.
