30 seconds!? That’s barely enough time to panic scribble. I host a weekly timed practice sesh in a discord I’m in and we do 5 minutes per. That’s stressful enough. Fucking 30 seconds, man. Rip 💀

I have a friend who does a similar thing with those tiny Polaroids. I think having some kind of physical record to look back on makes the fact that good things do happen so much more emotionally accessible

I have a scrapbook journal I do this with! It’s filled with notes from people, ticket stubs, bits of associated things like a scrap of wrapping paper, and so on

I like to flip through it when I’m sad, and just looking at it on my desk with fat pages from the stuff taped in it gives me fuzzies

I tried the perspective tools but found that I kept getting overwhelmed by them. Silly as it sounds, it’s because I don’t really understand perspective in practice. I gotta get more comfortable with it
