-and also neither 'way' is like, fool-proof as the game itself has shown over the years(working with magic, or working with elementals, both of them having proven to be not 100% safe, depending.) So at a glance at the start I dig how they set it up.

At a glance, just at the first part(I also got DC'd), I saw both sides as the Windshaper and it does seem they managed to get a little nuance in there. They both seem to want to solve the issue with their island, but they have such vastly different ideas of what will work that it fractured them-

Every day I wonder who took the Delorean back in time to kick the rock into the ocean that caused it because when you say it or see it written out it is the most batshit thing imaginable while simultaneously being 'yeah that actually checks sadly'

I hate to blame being raised on social media with parents unwilling to ground them but I'm running out of things to blame this PoV on. I wish there was like a test to know whether or not someone should be on social media or not and if you fail you are banned from socmed until you can prove otherwise

Yes! Like, I'm on this one forum-very progressive, bans Magats, ice is a hate group, no concern trolling, strict rules re: inclusivity.
they also have a hard ban on revenge porn/personal attacks. as such, it's a wonderful, inclusive place that they would not last five minutes on

Maybe I'm just too old(and I'm pretty sure I've blocked most of the idiots on this site since my feed is extremely clean), and yeah I'm not complimenting the CTO here or anything but...maybe it's just me but I'm starting to think there are people on this site with negative social skills

I just don't know why "block and move on" isn't a thing more often. This site for all its faults has a pretty good blocking system. These people are out of your life forever. Sometimes you can just pull the plug if you don't think you can ever get through to someone.
