the cognitive code-switching (don’t love that they adopted that term) concept is so real. having to actively self-edit while talking so that it is in the simplest terms and you aren’t coming off as a condescending show-off. just sitting quietly is the wrong choice too unfortunately 🫠

aside from never having heard of any of these people outside of kid rock…i’ve also never heard of or seen any of these networks outside of tbn. maybe they’re special midwest small town tv channels 🤷🏾‍♀️. good luck to whoever those ppl are
