I had a real bad panic attack this morning. I don’t get the bad ones as much anymore. When I got panic attacks when I was younger (once I learned what they were), I knew they were psychological. Now that I am old and so very fat, I really can’t tell if it is anxiety or a heart attack.

I think that I want to use my page to discuss mental health. In as boring and self centered a way as possible.

I’m dying. I just can’t prove it yet.

What is your excuse for not listening to Minor Threat?
