Today P1 created their very own cafe. Children used their knowledge of sounds to label menus and made signs to communicate a message. Children created their own colouring-in sheets for the cafe using detailed drawings as well as number and matching games for the waiting area. 😊

Today P1 created their very own cafe. Children discussed, negotiated and planned how they wanted it to look, working together to add tables, chairs and a tidy waiting area. Children used loose parts to create food and added stories for customers to enjoy. Great teamwork and creativity! 😊🍽️

Primary 7 had a great time at @falkirkhighschool.bsky.social at the Forensics Science Transition Event. After investigating evidence in class, children were able to carry out more investigations today to catch the criminal! 🔎

Primary 1 loved making Story Boxes in Nursery and through our weekly ‘Say on Play’ children asked to make them again. Pupils planned their designs and have started creating their boxes. Fantastic planning and creativity! 📦❤️

Primary 1 helped our classroom bears go on an exciting journey on the train. Children made their own tickets and ticket station, explored maps and practised writing their names for badges. Lots of fantastic early writing, mark making and imaginative play! 🎟️🚂🧸
