Light and dark colored clouds, with a small gap of blue. The lower extremities of the lighter, higher clouds are slightly darker. White clouds covering the sky, with many crack-like breaks in them leading toward a clear patch. Several different clouds crowding out the frame, leaving only a small patch of sky past and behind them. The half moon, viewed in the center of the frame just barely above some clouds.

Partially eclipsed moon. The photograph is highly overexposed, and has a massive lens flare and grain. The bright part of the moon is completely white, and projects a great radiance away from itself. The dark part is red, and its details are visible. The partially eclipsed moon, appearing to be first-quarter. The partially eclipsed moon, slightly under-exposed. Only the bright part is visible, fading into darkness in Earth's shadow.

There is a light fixture just above the top of its frame, which in turn is just below the ceiling. Stairs leading upward. The floor is stone, the ceiling is metal, the walls are tile which dully reflect the light given off by paneled fixtures on the edges between wall and ceiling. There is a quarter-pyramid shaped metal fixture in the corner of the landing. Nothing in the image deviates far from gray.

shaky hands

The plane has taken off, and the lights are being viewed from a modest distance up into the air. They are still smeared, and around the left of the image are out of focus. The camera is shakier. The subject is extremely unclear. Each light is an uneven, kinked smear downward over the canvas. Taken just after the previous image. Fewer light sources are included in the image; they are smeared into a very unusual and much kinkier shape.
