I truly hope we will all push for our elected leadership to achieve the following:
- ban gerrymandering at all levels
- implement age limits for every elected and appointed federal/state/local level
- implement term limits for every elected and appointed federal/state/local level

I wish the opposition leadership would do a better job of coalescing around 3-5 core issues, tell a single story, and stop the daily assaults on the very moral and ethical fabric of this country that are being carried out by this administration. Lock arms and move in unison. #CountryOverParty

The night Obama won his first term, Republicans met behind closed doors and formed a plan that is still bearing fruit.
17 years later, and the Democratic party is more like a group of factions instead of a unified front focused on their core tenants.

But they can’t gather to swear in an elected representative… who would in turn vote on funding?

It’s truly amazing at how stark of a difference there is between the reporting from the journalist at the WSJ, and the ridiculous opinions of the “The Editorial Board.”
