This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting John Horton’s classroom at Barack and Michelle Obama Montessori in Saint Paul. I really enjoyed the opportunity to visit this inspiring classroom and meet so many bright young students, as well as the staff who support them.

Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale AZ is a brutal final climb to the summit. Thankful I listed to my body and enjoyed getting 90% of the way there - cheering on my daughter and nephew a they made it for the first time.

When I lived in Boston, I witnessed the digging out of individual parking spots, and then everything from sawhorses to lawn chairs were placed to “hold” the spot until they came back. Coming from MN this was crazy.
