I love seeing examples of inclusivity in the workplace and it made me so happy to see, as the only Welsh speaker there bilingual signs just for me! Not requested, just careful, intentional signs to allow me to feel well and truly part of the team. Thank you/Diolch @royalmicrosoc.bsky.social
