This feels like a big 'ol nothing sandwich. A lot of "changes" but nothing looks impactful at all. I don't see anything changing meaningfully in the format.

The internet was the worst to the people trying to manage the most popular format in the game. For that reason alone I would say that nothing should be unbanned. It was awful, I am sure more than the public realizes.
From a gameplay perspective I think the bans were incorrect.

In a lot of places such as social media, different Discord servers, etc, a common problem trying to be solved by cEDH tournament organizers is the intentional draw problem. However that is also coupled with the current problem of the meta causing many unintentional draws. #cEDH #MagicTheGathering
