i know this is presented as a rhetorical question, but the answer to “who is deciding what good science is or not?” can’t actually be “no one.” universities do (and should) act as gatekeepers.
Who is deciding what good science is or is not? If we consider reproducibility, we can just as well eliminate most social sciences.
