Their favorite thing is FLOWERS.
They usually don’t get what’s going on, but they are chill and don’t care.

His other arm is out in front of him, bent at the elbow, to the right of the page. He has one wing also on our right behind him.
Abstract rectangle shapes sit behind him in the middle of the page.
The background features a low opacity copy of the art, enlarged and moved to the left.
Aside from heavy use of black and white, the colours are not accurate to the native colours of his design. Instead, I have used bright orange and peach colours to add glows to his eyes and other glowing parts of him, but also used them to fade out the art around his edges.

The words "OUROBOROS" and "NOAH" are written in pure white, vertically, on either side of the page. They are not as important a detail for the eye to see, so I didn't draw as much attention to them.
