hi jazz, ive lost a number of much-loved pets over the years -- those short lifespans just suck!
what worked for me is focusing on how much we loved each other, that s/he knew every day of their life how much i loved them.
and get another cat who needs to be loved as soon as you can stand it.

same, well except didn't make bed or order groceries. but same depression. helps me if i schedule an errand outside the house. today was pick up prescription refill @ pharmacy. good luck 🤗
