The last month flew by! I enjoyed attending events such as the Marquette Law School’s Boden Lecture, the Association for Women Lawyers’ annual meeting, and a Grassroots North Shore monthly meeting.

Thank you to the MBA for bringing us together last week, and congratulations to this year’s honorees for their work advancing public service and access to justice.
The Milwaukee Bar Association’s State of the Court Luncheon is a fantastic event every year. I always appreciate connecting with judges, fellow attorneys, and community members about Milwaukee County’s courts and their impact on the people we serve.

I’m honored to have the support of 29 Milwaukee judges.

These judges understand firsthand the experience, judgment, and temperament it takes to serve our community from the bench. I’m deeply grateful for their confidence in me and our campaign for a fair, respectful, and independent judiciary.

Great to join the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee for its luncheon last week and spend some time with Judge Katie Kegel and former Chief Judge Mary Triggiano. Always good to be with others committed to strengthening our community and ensuring access to justice.

Part of being a candidate is wherever we go, I gotta be “on.” So even trips to the park & Farmers’ Market now are campaign stops! It was great to see old friends & make some new ones this weekend. What a great time to enjoy our incredible Milwaukee Parks, support local biz & spend time with family.

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been one month since we kicked off this campaign. Summer always moves faster than the rest of the year.

I’ve met a lot of folks since launching this campaign and I’ve heard stories from all over.

What a powerful morning yesterday at the Vote With Wisdom Forum at North Division HS, where community voices are speaking directly to the candidates for Governor, to address the challenges our community faces. Thanks to Tracey, Anita, Bianca, Joanna, and so many others for great conversations!

When people ask why I’m running for judge, I usually think back to my dad.

Growing up, I watched him dedicate his career to representing crime victims. He worked long hours, but what stayed with me wasn’t how hard he worked—it was why he worked so hard.

Giannis gave Milwaukee more than unforgettable basketball. He gave our city a championship, worldwide recognition, and a decade of memories. Few players leave such a lasting mark on a community, and I am grateful for what we had.

Today, we celebrate #Juneteenth—the day freedom finally reached enslaved people in Texas on June 19, 1865.

This is a day to honor the resilience of those who endured slavery, reflect on our nation’s history, and recommit ourselves to the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice.

I'm excited to announce my campaign for Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge in Branch 37. For 15+ years, I've helped people navigate complex legal challenges & high-stakes disputes. It taught me that justice depends on judges who are prepared, impartial & committed to treating all with dignity & respect.
