If the book isn't brand new, I often discount the book cost for extremely good/funny/cute stories or pictures of how they got damaged!

Yeah... I started last summer, and the patterns were simple and I double-stranded a medium-weight yarn. But it helped fight the despair, every time I got mad or sad I bought more yarn, planned another color pattern, or chose another pride flag to exemplify.

It is! I started last summer, after I found that there are only so many sweaters and blankets my extended family requires. If my hands stay busy AND I can raise money for voting rights, all the better. ❤️
