News today that Flinders Lane will pedestrianised! Kinda. The road will be raised to the same level as the footpaths and be closed to cars at busy times of the day. Cobblestone traffic calming devices will also be installed.

As I was unlocking my bike after shopping at the supermarket yesterday a guy pulled up on this ebike with this adorable dog in the rear basket!

A reminder that even in neighborhoods without great bike infrastructure people still use bicycles to help live their lives better.

Love riding through this street in my neighbourhood. Filtered to prevent rat-running and a beautiful canopy of leaves to provide shade in summer. Trees are also on the street and not the footpath. Sometimes we get it right.
