Aotearoa's govt is a death cult when it comes to climate change.

Climate minister Watts this week wrote to councils demanding they not take climate adaptation too seriously.

He did so as Europe saw deaths spike, France up ~30%, due to climate change. #nzpol

Public health authority says 2,025 excess deaths probably an underestimate and that it expects toll to rise further

Fuller’s 8 principles say otherwise

Robodebt. Deaths in custody. Retrospective legislation. Vague protest laws. Officials who investigate themselves

The architecture of legality is intact. The morality of it is not

The Bonaparte carbon capture project proposal is a test for how willing our government is to take REAL emissions reduction seriously.

CCS is a distraction from real emissions reduction and is used as an excuse to expand fossil fuels.

NO children’s section.

Even the general public has very limited access.

Leavitt: There were quite concerning things she had done at the Library of Congress in the pursuit of DEI and putting inappropriate books in the library for children.

Dutton says he has no intention of winding back women's rights but will cut DEI roles.

Women's rights include the rights to be valued & treated fairly. So how can a decision to cut DEI roles, which ensure women are valued & treated fairly, not lead to an erosion of women's rights?

This is a major scandal + should push us all to mobilize, protest, and call out #CPAC for what it is: a Nazi rally.

I was due to appear on SBS Insight tonight in a show about ‘My Body My Choice’, with a disability counterpoint against lawyers representing anti vaxxers.

At the last minute, I was uninvited due to their strict ‘no mask policy’. Said the executive producer.

I will be lodging a DDA complaint.
