It's not that hard to just admit that she just wasn't right for him but instead he took the "I'm not going to date" and then turn around and date a girl he had known already before the show which makes me question a bunch of things. She's better off without him.

My friend felt the same way, thats why she wrote her own "screenplay" I liked her version much better and I've adopted it into my head cannon. Still haven't been able to get back into the new stuff though, not since the movie came out. I keep hoping to find my spark again 🤷🏽♀️
