I haven't worked out a lot these past few weeks. I still got my weight down to 250 pounds. Haven't been here in a while. Today I did chest and back. Twenty minutes on the treadmill.

Two pictures the same morning. I can't do anything about my face. Sixty years old. Worked Hard Played hard. I'm wearing it loud and proud. I'm 260 pounds. My target weight is 240. I'm increasing cardio. My next weigh check will be near Saturday August 8th. I'll be happy if I loose five pounds.
