When the Browns got him, I figured I'd put my fandom (I was 11 for Red Right 88, I'm old) on hold for a few years. Looks like it'll be a bit longer, and it makes me so sad. That city and fan base deserve so much better.

Magistrate Judge Scott Varholak ordered a bond hearing w/this note: "If the Court is wrong, let another court declare that a noncitizen with no criminal history, no history of flight, & an adjudicated right to asylum may be detained indefinitely without running afoul of the Due Process Clause."
