A few days away in Minehead, didn't do to much birdwatching, but we always are ,nice to see good numbers of swift and hsemartins, in the area,whitethroat, bflys painted lady, and small torteshell, not seeing to many in the black country.

We went to Sandwell rspb this morning. A ringed plover was here, found by Thomas Bridgewater ,also 5 little ringed plover, oystercacher, lapwing, a few shoveler, cettis warbler, siskins, blackcaps are well in now.

Had a walk down salters Lane Sandwell this morning, 2 wheatear, which have been here a few days. Nice to see the few rooks we have in the valley, we're at the nest site.
