My problem with Battletech lore is that IRL lore is way more interesting than the in universe stuff. What do you mean this game company was illegally using anime mech designs and they only got found out when they were sued by patent trolls?

Someone should take the fake old time English you see in games like final fantasy 14 or tactics ogre and just write an entire game's dialogue in Anglish. Anglish is a conlang form of English where all the Latin and Greek derived words are removed. It's not biology, it's "deer lore"

In Seed Destiny it's really weird narratively that the Minerva gets resupplied with exactly 1 suit, and it also gets blown up in the first battle. They can have a faceless b-team, it's okay.
