It was converted to P47 sometime between 12/28/88 and 7/1/89 by General Leisure Corporation, Portland OR 503-256-3930
It was operated in Salem, OR for 1 year before being either sold to a private owner or warehoused.

Here's the control panel on my new arcade cabinet after I got it all cleaned up.
Before I cleaned it up many of the bolts were black-ish from rust.
I polished them up, but I liked the dark color better, so I decided to paint them black.
