Some very exciting news to share! Mentoring with Silhouette Awards and Shortlised by Lux Futurum.
As much as I love using Codex, Windows 11 seems to hate it. Just as I request a task, it puts the program into Efficiency Mode Low Priority and kills it.. I have to have task manager open on the side and dive in before it tries to suppress.
Even tried using powershell to prevent it but no dice.

In principal, DUSK Local is proving to hold its own. However, what I'm currently working hard to refine and bottom out is the finer detail. Specifically the light painter and lasso tools.

Say what you will about AI, but ChatGPT has help solve not one but two different issues I had lately with gaming software.
In one instance, it advised why I couldn't see NES roms on my EZFLASH Omega DE, and in the other it helped me fix a permissions issue on running Fantasy Life I on the RG557.

The desire to leverage the largest, most capable local models being crushed by the blunt realisation that commercial AI infrastructure has grossly inflated GPU & hardware costs for end users..

I had the opportunity to present my little journey with DUSK and where I am now at the CR3W meetup last week to a room of AI builders, software developers and people with ideas like myself, and I was more apprehensive than when I've shown it to anyone else! I've been using Flux 2 Klein as a local model to run my Lighting visualiser. I'm very interested to see what improvements Flux 3 will bring (as long as I can run it!)
