While there is plenty wrong with college sports, stories of quarterbacks not attending traditional classes have been taken out of context.

Look at how happy (and unrecognizable in Ivanka's case) Donald's children look in this pic.

Within a year, he would abandon all of them all to run off with one of his many mistresses. And his wife would wind up being slung under a golf course for a tax credit. What a prince!

And in the next sentence, the candidate says: “But I really didn’t like that because I live in a community with a lot of Muslims. They’re really nice.”

Who did that campaign staff work for, if they were creating ads the candidate didn't like?

If it were not obvious before, leaving Trump in power surrounded by spineless yes men unwilling to challenge him and a MAGA Congress that abets his increasingly erratic conduct and flights from reality is a recipe for disaster. And all the more reason to elect Democrats.

I discovered this one a little late. A fact a day re Coretta Scott King leading up to her 100th birthday.
Today would be Coretta Scott King’s 99th birthday. CSK was a lifelong freedom fighter & more of an activist than MLK when they met. As a student she’d supported the Progressive Party’s 3rd party challenge for president opposing US militarism, racism & economic inequality. We need to know her.

I can tell you from experience that of people actually read and shared stories about Trump and crypto, more people would know.

The stories are written. And ignored.
In a world where news outlets cared about journalism and informing the populace, this poll would cause long dark nights of the soul. But, those outlets are more interested in serving shareholders by selling ads, and the job falls to incredible individuals like @molly.wiki
A recent CoinDesk survey found 73% disapprove of government officials having crypto business ties, yet 55% weren’t aware of Trump’s involvement, and only 17% knew he co-founded World Liberty Financial.

This underscores why my work at Citation Needed is so necessary.

Though the real people that need to learn the lesson really are the median voters: THIS is why you do not put unserious fools in charge of the government.

THIS is why 'he talks like me' (= he tells it 'like it is') is not a good qualification for president.

Elected Republicans share the blame with Trump. Republican members of Congress can stop this any time they want. It's worse now than if they had stopped it earlier, but it will be even worse later.

They feel no obligation to the country or their fellow citizens. I can't help but marvel at that.
