Almost everyone was much slimmer then. Watch any film or TV show from the time. More manual work, far fewer cars so more walking, food was real and more expensive and you couldn't but 3litre bottles of soda.

The guidance comes into full force on August the 5th along with the new Sect 28 which bans teachers from even mentioning the existence of trans people. None of this would've been necessary if the SC had not ruled as it did.

Yes that would be great and probably was the case until the Christian PACS spent $millions to push their anti trans anti LGB and misogynistic agenda all helped by 1000s of anti trans articles in the UK press.

The law was inclusive of trans people. Check Hansard if you don't believe me. The SCs decided it knew better than Parliament. And believe me I am campaigning for a change in the law. As it currently stands it hurts everyone who's not a supporter of patriarchy and christofascism.

This will also negatively affect cos women and girls who don't look feminine enough for the gender poliice. How will you feel if being admitted to hospital you're asked to prove your biological sex before being assigned a ward? It's a complete mess.

According to the guidance trans women MUST use male facilities and trans men must use the female facilities unless they look 'too' masculine in which case they are not allowed to use either.
