Finishing up yard projects before the Fall weather sets in. Today is my day off from Zumba. Even without Zumba working in the yard I managed to get over 7,000 steps. Will go over my daily 10,000 when I take my walk this afternoon.

This week I played pickleball Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (today), tomorrow I have a fitness class in the morning followed by Zumba +. I am having a blast, hanging with fun people and getting healthy. Happiness is a choice.
