I honestly don't understand the hand wringing about 5-4 on the 14th. Do you not remember Scalia clearly and repeatedly telling you the 14th didn't apply to women, or was it just not a problem when they were only trying to exclude women? Did you think Scalia was not representative of conservatives?

I was looking at dsl.richmond.edu/panorama/red... recently. I expected comments about black people and Mexicans. I was not at all surprised to notice Jews being mentioned. I did not expect Italians. I kinda knew, I mean, they called us wops for a reason, but it's weird to see it.
