I stay about 50 nights a year and in January they offer me a deal to upgrade to diamond for 10 extra nights in first quarter. I have been a member of ihg for 20 years lol

Plus I have setup spare change where it converts the odds to revpoints and I convert them to Avios - 1 revpoint = 1 Avios.

£18 a month revolut card - how close are you to the £3k spend to get the free nights, it will be handy when you travel though, the foreign exchange is cheaper.
