I put together a single-file C-based Sega Master System emulator via agentic A.I. today - from nothing to booting Sonic in 15 hours. That Z80 is a finicky MF w/ its variable length instructions.
It's not playable yet, but it boots & runs the title sequence, which in itself is a massive achievement.

Just spent 2 hours updating my bios & forcing a RTX 4090 into PCIE transfer Gen 2 mode on my old Z270E mobo (Gen 1 default, Gen 3 unstable so falls back to 1).
Doubled the transfer rate. Great.
Still would not recommend - after the BIOS update it reset 3x like a boot loop. I almost died =/

Trying to be super honest and manage / limit expectations with the RAM only mode. Too technical, or honest and good? The detail is there - and nerds will get WHY it's there, I'm hoping.
