With the struggle of getting out of bed this morning I’m starting to understand why strict bed time is important

It is very ill thought out, and I’m concerned about it. But I think the gov summary is misleading. The amendment is a little more specific and would suggest that most ABDL content wouldn’t fall into scope. I do agree with you though that is distracting from the real problem and could be weaponised
