Being a teenager at the time Carter took office, I remember when he enrolled his daughter in the local predominantly Black public elementary school. I didn’t remember about the solar panels on the roof of the White House at the time FWIW.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this happen…of course, plenty of times I’ve seen people think that a scam is an opportunity too.
