That's simply not true. We have used the term learning in "machine learning" for decades.

Not at all. These neurons don't work in any way similar to semiconductors. They are not programmed, they learn.

Belgian law is very clear on this and there is a Mohel with adequate training available. Complaint came from within the local Jewish community.
In addition, Belgium knows separation of the judiciary and the executive branches of government.
