I have! The drinks and food are better at Hale Pele, but I prefer the atmosphere at Alibi.

If you have to choose a tiki bar while in Portland, I recommend The Alibi. It's the 2nd oldest tiki bar in the US, has a very divey, lived-in atmosphere, and it's close to Mississippi Studios.
