Put off taking anti depressants because I was freaking out about dumb stuff. It’s been years since I last took them, thought it was going backwards to start them again. I took the plunge a couple of weeks ago and… I’M LIKE A BRAND NEW PERSON. I can focus! I don’t cry all the time! I can sleep!

When I was on holiday I felt pretty relaxed. 3 days back at work: no tears on weds, Thursday some rage and some deep breathing in the toilets to stop myself from crying, Friday tears by 10am. Think I can see the problem here.

Gail’s has to be the biggest greenwashing out there - a whole campaign about taking pride in our future, changing grains so they’re better for our planet, yet they still offer virtually zero plant based options

I’ve made a medically ill informed decision to not take my antidepressants until all my forthcoming drinking engagements are complete. And no one wants to be adjusting to SSRIs in a heatwave. This is all definitely sound decision making.
