at work we have a corporate app, and a separate TOTP app, but when you do some things, it asks you for a code from a push notification... and they immediately display the code in a toast. only a minute later push arrives. from the same corp app.

(apparently my phone records video in such high resolution, bsky cannot handle it, so had to re-record)

And this is actual Android. Chromium doesn't do this as subtle, so I showed it too. This MDN example however works completely differently on the phone (it doesn't)

Well, what I am saying is that you wouldn't lose the ability to override which mode site would use, it's just that override would be placed in site's settings thingy of your browser, so you'd have a single universal path to select a preferred theme for the site. Similar how you can change a mic...

It's also the worst (but also the best) kind of retail - online order picking 😄 You easily end up making at least 15k steps a day, and that is a relatively small store! Not to mention the amount of movement and carrying

the reason it's like this, is because they had a completely different message bar design in works. but for whatever reason they decided to go with the old one for now. you can enable new one with vencord through experiments tab and see that it looks better:

Messages from the poster: also github tab crashed and lost my issue draft, just wonderful 😊 if only stupid github had a draft feature every other site out there has imagine, you click create new issue, it redirects you to a page with untitled issue, and you can just fill everything and it saves it on 🚀THE CLOUD☁️ and then if your stupid firefox eats all the ram again and crashes, you can just reopen the URL and it restores everything from 📥THE CLOUD☁️

this is sad. seems that bluesky adoption has failed once again. there are users that stuck around, that's good, but it's worse than when X was blocked in brazil. wonder what aspects bluesky failed on to become a platform of choice for those users :C
Bluesky activity stats, specifically total daily posts excluding bridge, showing huge spike from when X got blocked in Brazil, then the dip as Brazilians found ways to access X again, a huge dip once X got unblocked, followed by a less significant spike after X ruined blocks and forced all data on the site to be used for AI training, followed by decrease to a level slightly less than one settled during times X was banned in Brazil.
