I just look at it as a thing that just is who I am, I've learnt not to try to shut off because that has brought me lots of problems with my head and those around me but getting used to it now 🤔

Well seem to be 🤔 maybe something they wanted to check on that was in bloodtest, will find out on Thursday about this last one, when go for annual check at the Dr's 🤔let you know then
